Grace Murillo and her amazing pop/r&b vocal style have always
attracted a great deal of attention. Born and raised in Winnipeg,
Canada this 25-year-old talent has headlined concerts, made
many guest appearances and has become a serious session
singer in the studio.
Grace's songs have received commercial play on several Winnipeg
radio stations. "California," from her debut CD Wonderful, can be
heard on Cool FM. Grace's second solo album, Perfect Plan, was
released in May 2006, and enjoyed immediate success. Just two
weeks into the release, three songs from the album were added
to the playlist on Cafe 100 FM. Grace has also been featured on
CBC Radio's "Up to Speed" and Hot 103's "Locals Only," and she
has appeared on CKUW's "Beer for Breakfast," where host Broose
Tulluch has described Perfect Plan as "fantastic!"
Two new songs - a retro house remix of "California" and the jammin'
summer tune "We're Alive" - have just been released on Listen, a
Tegancat Music "various artists" CD. "We're Alive" has been played
on CBC Radio's "Up to Speed." Request it here.
